£200 per ECT per year of induction for schools using the provider-led Early Career Training Programme*.

The charge is non-refundable if the ECT withdraws from their induction programme or moves to another school. Payment is invoiced in the term following the start of induction.

*Please note fees will be reviewed on a yearly basis and are subject to change. 

Independent Schools

Independent schools are not required to offer statutory induction to their ECTs, but if they choose to do so, they must adhere to the 2012 Regulations and have regard to the statutory guidance.
