Music hub partnerships are made up of a range of organisations who work together to deliver high-quality music provision for all children and young people in and out of school.

There are two Music Hubs covering the HISP regions:

• Hampshire Music Education Hub
• Southampton and IOW Music - South Coast Music Partnership - Isle of Wight, Portsmouth, Southampton
