I am the Programmes Lead at HISP Teaching School Hub and enjoy working closely with teachers and leaders across both primary and secondary phases to develop their practice in what, I believe, is the best and most rewarding career.

I am passionate about supporting colleagues at every stage of their career and enjoy working with Education Development Trust  to ensure our ECTs and Mentors benefit from high-quality professional development that is research-informed, practical and responsive to the needs of schools and programme participants.

With a background in primary education and senior leadership, I bring extensive experience in curriculum design, effective pedagogy and coaching for impact. Supporting trainees through to experienced teachers, I am particularly interested in how research can be translated into meaningful practice and sustainable improvement, and I am committed to building collaborative, supportive relationships that empower teachers to grow in confidence and expertise.
