HISP Teaching School Hub is delighted to announce that we are now working in partnership with Best Practice Network, home of the Outstanding Leaders Partnerships, as a Delivery Partner of their National Professional Qualification (NPQ) programmes from Autumn 22.

In addition to our partnership with Education Development Trust to deliver the full suite of NPQs, including the new NPQ for Leading Literacy and Early Years Leadership, from Autumn 22 HISP Teaching School Hub have partnered with Best Practice Network to deliver the following NPQ programmes locally:

• NPQ Leading Behaviour & Culture
• NPQ Leading Teaching
• NPQ Leading Teacher Development
• NPQ Senior Leadership
• NPQ Headship
• NPQ Executive Leadership

Outstanding Leaders Partnership have been a school led NPQ provider since 2012 and have supported over 20,000 NPQ participants over the last 3 years. Through our new partnership with Best Practice Network schools across the Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Southampton and Portsmouth regions will have a choice as to which leader providers programme they feel would be most suited to their continued professional development needs.

Working together with Education Development Trust and Best Practice Network means that as a Teaching School Hub we are able to ensure that all teachers and leaders have local access to partner led delivery. Thus, enabling us to develop and nurture the local school leaders of the future.
