If the school is also using HISP Teaching School Hub for its ECF provision, then the total charge is £110 per ECT per year. 

If the school is not using HISP Teaching School Hub for its ECF provision, then the total charge is £150 per ECT per year 

This service will provide schools with: 

• Full access to the HISP TSH AB services 

• AB registration of ECTs on the TRA system 

• Regular checks of monitoring reports and formal assessment points at the end of Year 1 and Year 2 of induction 

• Additional support of ECTs not meeting Teachers’ Standards 

If the school is using accredited material to deliver the ECF programme in house then the programme needs to be fidelity checked a term prior to the programme starting. The total cost is £425 per ECT per year (£200 per ECT and £225 Quality Assurance) 

This service will provide schools with: 

• Fidelity check by the AB a term before the induction period starts to ensure the materials and sessions are in line with the statutory guidance for induction and meet the ECF induction programme standards. 

• AB registration of ECTs on the TRA system. 

• Ensure ECTS are fairly and regularly assessed through collection of monitoring reports and formal assessment points at the end of both years of induction and interim points. 

• Additional observations/quality assurance of the ECF core induction programme throughout the two years 

• Additional support of ECTs not meeting the Teachers’ Standards. 

If the school wishes to write and design its own two-year based induction based on the ECF then the total cost is £950 per ECT per year (£200 per ECT and £750 Quality Assurance) 

This service will provide schools with: 

• AB to register the ECT on the TRA system 

• Fidelity check before the start of the induction period by the AB. Checks will ensure: 

• ECTs receive a programme of support and training based on the ECF induction programme 

• The induction’s design covers the evidence-based statements in the ECF 

• ECTs have received planned elements of the induction 

• Quality Assurance visits to ensure the programme breakdown, materials and sessions are in line with the statutory guidance for induction and meet the ECF standards by an NLE or equivalent. 

• Ensure ECTS are fairly and regularly assessed through collection of monitoring reports and formal assessment points at the end of both years of induction and interim points. 

• Additional observations/quality assurance of the ECF core induction programme throughout the two years 

• The AB will use desk top reviews, training observations and interviews with ECTs, mentors and professional leads across the two years to ensure that the school-based programme doesn’t diverge from the ECF
